You are greeted by Chef Edwards himself — a congenial man who’s proud of his barbecue and will chat you up about the specials and the array of sides. The chicken ($7.50) with a fabulous smoky flavor and so tender it slid off the bone, was cooked to perfection. Don’t pass up Chef Edward’s special pork roast sandwich served with Moma’s cole slaw. Everything comes with a choice of one or two sides, and the list of sides is lengthy. The side of greens couldn’t have been better.
